Client & Industry Background

Cochran Dickie is a well-established real estate agency that prides itself on providing exceptional service to its clients. With a strong brand, logo, and colour palette, the company sought to revamp its online presence to better reflect its identity and meet the needs of its clients.

Project Objectives

The objectives of the project were to create a visually appealing, user-friendly website that showcased Cochran Dickie's property portfolio, and served as an online extension of their team and brand.

Additionally, the project aimed to improve the site's SEO performance and integrate it seamlessly with their property CRM.

Strategy & Approach

VV proposed a comprehensive redesign and development process that included a detailed pre-design stage, a branding task to create a set of Cochran Dickie guidelines for uniform use across the web and wider brand, and six stages of website redesign and development. These stages were pre-design, design, development, final review, handover & back-end training, and launch. The process ensured maximum uniformity and brand consistency throughout the project.
